He is an accomplished professional with over 22 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing and Business Operation. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities, achieving significant sales targets, including 180 crore in a single year.
He has held prominent managerial positions, such as General Manager at Kansai Nerolac Paints, where he successfully developed and implemented strategies to meet sales targets and managed nationwide operations.
His excels in strategic planning, team management, and fostering a collaborative work environment. His leadership skills are exemplified by his ability to effectively manage and motivate large teams, implement innovative strategies to drive performance, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
